Culinary

(1) Full Time LEAD PREP COOK- $12.80/Hour.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Knowledge of food service preferred.  6 months prep cook experience.

  (2) Full Time PREP COOK- $9.00/Hour. To follow the instructions and guidelines outlines by the Chef or Lead Cook for the shift.  Assist with production and prepwork as needed.

(2) Full Time CAFETERIA ATTENDANT- $9.00/Hour.  High school diploma or equivalent. Creative, innovative and assertive personality. Excellent communication skills.

 

FRONT OFFICE

(1) Full Time FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR - 13.00/Hour. High school graduate or equivalent. Two years of college preferred. Two years experience in front desk or reservations. One year supervisory experience. Computer proficiency. Advanced knowledge of Front Office computer systems including the ability to solve basic system related problems.

(1)  Full Time FRONT OFFICE MANAGER- Salaried.  High school graduate or equivalent. Four year college degree, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  Two years experience in a similar resort or conference center. Two years of management experience in Front Office or Reservations. General computer    proficiency. Pleasant phone demeanor. Advanced knowledge of Front Office computer systems, including the ability to solve system related problems.

(1) Full Time OVERNIGHT FRONT DESK AGENT- $11.00/Hour.  High school graduate or equivalent. Two years of college education preferred. Two years    experience in a service industry, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent oral   and communication skills. Computer literate. Pleasant telephone demeanor.  Typing skills.

  (2) Full Time PBX OPERATORS- $9.00/Hour.  High school graduate or equivalent.   Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work well with guests to resolve     complaints in a positive manner. Typing skills of 30 words per minute.Previous PBX    experience, preferably in a hotel. Ability to use radio communications and remain    calm in emergency situations.

GUSET SERVICES

(1) Full Time DOOR PERSON - High school graduate or equivalent. Two years of college education preferred. Experience in the service industry preferably in the hospitality industry. Service orientation, communication and analytical abilities. Ability to solve problems. Current driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work while standing, walking, running and shoveling for extended periods. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally. Good driving record.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

(2) Full Time PM ROOM ATTENDANT- $8.50/Hour.   Housekeeping experience desirable. Neat, pleasant personality. Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to read room numbers, dates and basic instructions.

 (1) Full Time OFFICE COORDINATOR- $12.50/Hour.  High school graduate or    equivalent. Pleasant speaking voice. Previous administrative background. General   knowledge of computers. Bilingual preferred. Excellent written and verbal skills.  Must be able to type accurately (30 words per minute). Excellent communication   skills.

 (1) Full Time PM LAUNDRY ATTENDANT- $8.00/Hour.  Housekeeping experience   desirable. Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time. Ability to    communicate effectively. Ability to read room numbers, dates and basic instructions.

RECREATION

(1) Part Time CHILD CARE SPECIALIST- $9.00/Hour +Tips +Service Charges. High school graduate or equivalent. College degree in recreation preferred.
  Previous background working with children. Familiar with children's activities and   games. Self-motivated and creative. Ability to communicate effectively.CPR and First Aid and Lifeguard certified required.

 

RESERVATIONS

(1) Full Time RESERVATIONS SALES AGENT- $10.50 + Commissions.  High    school graduate or equivalent. Pleasant speaking voice. Previous reservations    experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to type    accurately (30 words per minute).

SALES AND MARKETING

(1) Full Time NATIONAL SALES MANAGER- Salaried.  High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum (2) two years of college, degree desirable. Excellent written    and oral communication skills. Prefer experience in hotel sales or related industry.   Aggressive, outgoing and self motivating individual with pleasant personality.

(1) Full Time MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR-     $16.25/Hour.  College degree with a focus on business and marketing preferred.
   Equivalent work experience (2+ years) in marketing, representing high-end luxury    properties.  Keen understanding of how to achieve overall marketing and public     relations goals. Computer literate in Adobe Photoshop, PageMaker, Delphi,     Microsoft Office, Publisher and Outlook.  Excellent oral and written communication    skills.  Customer service skills
SIX PEAKS GRILLE

SIX PEAKS GRILLE             

(1) Full Time ASSISTANT MANAGER-PM- Salaried.  High school diploma or equivalent. Five years restaurant experience. Knowledge of Micros. Ability to make    quick, reasonable decisions in high stress situations. Excellent customer service skills. Pleasant and positive personality. Well organized. Knowledge of suggestive selling techniques and the ability to use them during service. Extensive wine and food knowledge. Ability to educate staff in service and service mechanics.

(2) Part Time GREETER- $9.00/Hour.  High school diploma or equivalent.  One year restaurant experience.  Good customer service skills. Pleasant personality.

  (6) 3AM positions and 3 PM positions Full Time BUSSER- $8.00/Hour.  High school diploma or equivalent. One year restaurant experience. Good food and service knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Pleasant and positive personality.  Ability to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written.

  (1) Part time BARTENDER- $8.00/Hour.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Three years bartending experience. One year fine dining or high end resort     experience. Extensive liquor, beer, wine and mixology knowledge. Excellent customer service skills. Pleasant and helpful personality.

 

 

SPA

(1) Full Time SPA COORDINATOR- $10.00/Hour.  High school graduate or equivalent. Ability to work in a fast paced environment Previous experience in     customer service preferred  Computer knowledge preferred.  Ability to communicate effectively.

(2) 1 Part Time MASSAGE THERAPIST- $8.00 +tips +commission.  High school graduate or equivalent. Current license(s) and certificate(s) for massage     therapy as required by the state, county, city/town. 500 Hours of Massage School Education and 1 year Spa experience Ability to work flexible schedules.
   Ability to work under pressure. Current CPR Certification preferred.

 

 

STEWARDING

TRANSPORTATION

(1) Full Time ASSISTANT TRANSPORTATION MANAGER- Salaried.  2 years college education preferred.  2 years experience as a Guest Service Captain at a 4-star property.  Requires a minimum of 4 years supervisory experience. Must have 2 years Front Office/Guest Services Management experience at 4-diamond property.  Excellent customer service and communication skills.  Computer and telephone skills necessary.  Class B Driver's license and a clean driving record.  Excellent track record training staff.  Excellent guest relations.  Must be able to pass a drug test.
